All The Stars Are Closer

I've always been a fan of Geronimo Balloons & the artist behind it, Jihan Zencirli is an artistic genius. All the balloons of various shapes & sizes are biodegradable. Her work transports you into another universe. Since balloons deflate over time, I had to check out the installation at the Lincoln Center before it was gone for good.

"Balloons are only for a moment. They disappear and vanish. So rooted in my work is this reminder that you will only have this experience at this particular time. You're here, you're seeing it, you're alive." - Jihan Zencirli

Waterfall Mansion

When my cousin was in town for the week, we went to the city to eat, shop & take photos (the perfect day in my opinion). I stumbled upon this place on Instagram called Waterfall Mansion in the Upper East Side. The architecture itself is stunning & the gallery is a lot bigger than it seems in photos!  There's multiple floors of artwork and every room displays a different artists work. Luckily we went there before gallery decided to charge an admission fee, but I think it's worth the price. I could stay there for hours.

2 0 1 7

I turned 21, got my first car, traveled to Cancun, Chicago, Toronto, Ocean City & Philadelphia, roadtripped for my first international music festival, celebrated 5 years with John, & was accepted into my university's Respiratory Care program. Grateful for my family & friends who made 2017 amazing.

Window Shopping

There's something I just love about window shopping in New York City. Whether its visiting designer stores on 5th Avenue or stumbling upon pop-up shops & market places, I always find something I want to purchase. It's fun to fantasize about items you wish could be in your wardrobe or future investment pieces. One day, I would love to own a Gucci handbag & Chanel espadrilles, but for now I'll admire them from afar.
