Sunflower Funflower

There are so many places I want to travel to that I forget to take advantage of the beauty that's right in front of me. This sunflower maze is just an hour east from where I go to school & I knew I had to check it out. I stumbled upon this location on Instagram & went opening day. Every photo I took was stunning. It was a cloudy day but the pink sky peaking its way through the clouds made for the perfect sunset.

6 Year Anniversary | July 9, 2018

6 years have gone by in the blink of an eye. From high school sweethearts to college grads, this year feels extra special as we chase our dream careers together. We're one step closer to making those dreams a reality & I can't wait for what's to come. Here's to more smiles, laughs & adventures with you.
Happy half dozen  ♥

Apartment Wishlist

wall decor | plant holder | rope basket | cactus hooks
pink rug | eye jewelry holder | geo bath mat | plates & bowls | cups

I just moved into my apartment & I have all the basics, but I can't wait to start decorating it & making it feel like home. Everything from the Opalhouse line at Target catches my eye.. I want to buy everything! Urban Outfitters Home has the most unique home decor & I love looking at their Instagram for inspiration. Click the links above or the photos below to shop the items!

From Dusk Till Dawn | EDC Las Vegas

Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas was a dream. It was unlike any festival I have been to before. It was my first 3 day festival & my first time taking a flight to go to a festival. I went straight from the airport, got ready quickly & went to Day 1!

My cousins & I decided to get tickets right before they were sold out & I'm so glad we went. EDC LV has the best lineups & each year seems to top the next. I definitely want to go back next year as a graduation gift to myself.

Whether you have a game plan on which sets you want to see, or you go with the flow & go wherever makes your ears happy, have a fun & safe festival season!

Gov Ball NYC

This year was my first Governors Ball & I can't believe I haven't gone in past years. The weather for Day 2 was perfect even though the forecast called for rain all day. The food & artwork were on point too. I was the most excited to see Halsey. She was incredible live & I loved her acoustic version of Closer. Silk City had the best chill set to sit down on the grass & enjoy. The moment Travis Scott sang Goosebumps, it started down pouring & it was the perfect end to the night. Can't wait to be back on Randall's Island for Electric Zoo in September!

All The Stars Are Closer

I've always been a fan of Geronimo Balloons & the artist behind it, Jihan Zencirli is an artistic genius. All the balloons of various shapes & sizes are biodegradable. Her work transports you into another universe. Since balloons deflate over time, I had to check out the installation at the Lincoln Center before it was gone for good.

"Balloons are only for a moment. They disappear and vanish. So rooted in my work is this reminder that you will only have this experience at this particular time. You're here, you're seeing it, you're alive." - Jihan Zencirli

Waterfall Mansion

When my cousin was in town for the week, we went to the city to eat, shop & take photos (the perfect day in my opinion). I stumbled upon this place on Instagram called Waterfall Mansion in the Upper East Side. The architecture itself is stunning & the gallery is a lot bigger than it seems in photos!  There's multiple floors of artwork and every room displays a different artists work. Luckily we went there before gallery decided to charge an admission fee, but I think it's worth the price. I could stay there for hours.

I turned 21, got my first car, traveled to Cancun, Chicago, Toronto, Ocean City & Philadelphia, roadtripped for my first international music festival, celebrated 5 years with John, & was accepted into my university's Respiratory Care program. Grateful for my family & friends who made 2017 amazing.
