Prom

As cliche as this is, prom was one of the best nights of my life. The event was at The Crescent Beach Club and overlooked the North Shore. In the future, I really want this place to be my wedding venue. The view of the beach was amazing, the food was great, the DJ was good, and everyone looked amazing! I didn't go to sleep until 6 a.m. the next morning, but I don't regret a thing. My Last Day of High School

I remember coming into this school 6 years ago as a little 7th grader and now I'm leaving as a senior (who could still totally pass as a 7th grader). High school wasn't always easy for me, but I excelled academically and I'm glad my hard work payed off. So thanks high school, for giving me some of the best memories of my life because despite all the times I said I hated it, I know I will truly miss it.

Father's Day Weekend

Although this weekend is my last weekend of high school, I spent it with family. On Saturday, I went to Pennsylvania for my cousin's 9th birthday party. And since today is Father's Day, my family went out to eat at The Cheesecake Factory and saw 22 Jump Street. The school year went by so fast. Tomorrow is my last day of high school which includes Senior Sunrise & the Senior Barbecue.

Mini Summer Haul

I've done a little bit of shopping this week since I only have 4 days of high school left and summer is quickly approaching. I have so much going on these next couple months: prom, graduation, orientation, my aunt's wedding, birthdays, John & I's 2 year anniversary, a tropical vacation, & more! Here's a look at my recent purchases.

Filipino Parade & Local Carnival

I look the LIRR to the city for the Filipino Parade with my boyfriend and his family. We didn't watch the parade because we were to busy eating halo-halo, melon, and fish balls while strolling around Madison Square Park. It was the perfect weather: warm in the sun and cool in the shade. When we got back to Long Island, John and I went on a double date with our friends. We rode the ferris wheel, ate deep fried oreos, and the guys attempted some carnival games. This was a great start to June!
